Dr. Pacheco treats patients from age 1 day old to 95 years old. He utilizes various chiropractic adjustment techniques to deliver gentle adjustments.  

Dry needling uses the same needles as acupuncture. The purpose is to eliminate trigger points in the muscle. 

Dr. Pacheco uses rehab exercises to strengthen and stabilize the muscles that support the spine and joints. 

Intersegmental traction or the "roller table" is used to warm up the spine prior to adjustments. 

Flexion distraction is an effective method for treating herniated or bulging discs in the mid and low back. 

Graston and ART (active release technique) are used as a form of soft tissue treatment to help increase functional range of motion.
